An AI that never
leaves your PC.
Warden installs on your computer and thinks on your own graphics card. Talk to it out loud, hand it real work — websites, apps, games, 3D models, pictures, jobs on your screen — and keep every file and every word on your machine.
Chat and Whisper run right in your browser — no download, no account. Everything else comes with the Warden app for Windows.
A full assistant,
not a chat window.
One install, sized automatically to your graphics card. Bigger card, bigger brain — but every part of Warden works on every card it fits.
ChatFREE
A private assistant for anything — questions, writing, maths, advice. When an answer depends on today's facts, it looks them up first instead of guessing. Drop in a picture and it reads every word on it.
WhisperFREE
Talk to it out loud and it talks back in a natural voice — a real back-and-forth you can interrupt, the way you would a person. Heard and spoken on your own machine.
ForgePLUS
The builder. Ask for a website, an app, a 3D model, a picture or a video and it makes the real thing — working code it runs and checks, models you can open, files in a folder on your PC.
On my screenPLUS
Hand it a job on your computer — open a site, find a page, fill in a form, set up a design — and it plans the job, then does it with the mouse and keyboard while you watch. It asks before anything that sends, buys or deletes.
Game StudioPLUS
Describe a game and design it together, part by part. Warden plans it, builds it with real models, plays it to check it works, fixes what breaks — and you play it right inside Warden.
CodePLUS
Open a project folder and work on it together: it reads the code, makes the change, runs it, and shows you exactly what it touched.
DraftCOMING
Real house plans from a description — the floor plan, then photographs of the finished house, painted on your graphics card.
Your phoneFREE
Chat and Whisper on your phone, thinking on the phone itself. With Plus, see your PC's screen live and work it from anywhere — tap to click, type, scroll.
Ask for the thing.
Get the thing.
Every other assistant stops at advice. Forge is built to finish the job: it writes the files, runs them, checks its own work and fixes what it finds, and shows you every step as it goes.

Launch on WindowsLATE 2026
Warden 1.0 for everyone, from the store — the free tier and Warden Plus.
Get in before the doors open.
Early access is deliberately small — 150 people on real machines before launch, opening Friday, October 16. Leave your email and you're in line; seats are offered in the order people joined, and your invite tells you how to sign in and get the app.
Asked a lot.
Does it really run without the cloud?
Yes. The brains run on your own graphics card — that's the whole design. Your conversations and files are processed on your machine. Warden goes online only to look things up on the web or open a site, and Settings can make lookups wait until you ask.
What kind of computer does it need?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC. A graphics card with more video memory gets a bigger, smarter brain — Warden measures your card and fits itself to it, so every part works on every card it fits. Exact minimum specs are published before launch.
What can I do in the browser?
Chat and Whisper, free, with nothing to install. The brain loads once and then runs on your own graphics card through the browser — Chrome or Edge on a computer works best. Forge, On my screen, Game Studio and Code need the app, because they work with your files and your screen.
How does the phone connect?
In the Warden app on your PC, open Settings → Use Warden from your phone and scan the code. Chat and Whisper then run on the phone itself. With Plus, “Your PC” shows your PC's screen live and lets you work it — and Ctrl+Alt+Q on the PC ends it at any time.
What does it cost?
Chat and Whisper are free, with no account, and the free plan includes a taste of pictures (40 points a day). Warden Plus is $19.99 a month with 1,200 points a day and adds Forge, On my screen, Game Studio, Code, the two largest brains and your PC from your phone; Plus Extra is $39.99 with 4,000 points a day. Points only pay for heavy work and start again every midnight. Cancel any time and keep Plus to the end of the month you paid for.
Is it safe to let it work my computer?
It shows every step as it takes it, backs up files before it changes them, and is built to stop and ask before anything that sends, posts, buys or deletes. It never types a password or a card number — those stay yours. Press Stop, Esc or Ctrl+Alt+Q and it stops at once.
When can I get the app?
Early access opens Friday, October 16, with 150 seats — join the list above to get in line. Invites go out in the order people joined. The browser version is open to everyone right now.
Your AI. Your machine.
Try Warden in your browser now, and get in line for the app.
