Warden

Plans, Billing & Refunds

Effective October 5, 2026 · Version 2026-10-05

These terms are part of our Terms of Service and cover Warden's paid plans.

1. The plans

The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. It may include sales tax or VAT, which Paddle works out from where you live. We may offer other plans, trials or discounts from time to time. Their terms are shown when you get them.

2. Who you're buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

3. Renewal and cancelling

Plans are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically every month until you cancel. Buying points is a one-off payment and doesn't renew. You can cancel at any time from Account in Warden, or from the link in your Paddle receipt. When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops renewing. Nothing you've made or saved is deleted. If a payment fails, we and Paddle will try again, and your plan keeps working for up to 7 days while you sort it out.

4. Your points

The chat and Whisper cost nothing on any plan. Points pay only for the heavier work: pictures, videos, 3D models, builds (a website, app, game or document), changes to them, and jobs on your screen. Warden shows what each kind of work costs, and how much of today's allowance is left, in Settings → Usage. Videos are part of Plus and Plus Extra, not Free.

Each plan comes with a number of points a day: Free 40, Plus 1,200, Plus Extra 4,000. The day's points start again at midnight, your local time. Unused points don't carry over and have no cash value. When the day's points are gone, the work that costs points waits for the next day, unless you have bought points or move to Plus Extra. Warden counts your points on your own device. We may change what things cost in points to reflect what different features cost to run, and we'll tell you before an important change takes effect.

5. Changing plans

Moving up from Plus to Plus Extra takes effect straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current month, worked out by Paddle. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.

6. Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you. The new price applies from your next renewal after that. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.

7. Refunds

If you're not happy, ask within 14 days of being charged and you'll get a full refund of that payment. To ask, reply to your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email us at aiwarden534@gmail.com. Paddle processes refunds to the original payment method. After 14 days, payments aren't normally refunded, except where the law requires it or as described in section 12 of the Terms. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected by this policy.

8. Questions

For anything about a payment, contact Paddle at paddle.net or us at aiwarden534@gmail.com.
