Acceptable Use Policy
Warden is powerful: it can write, build, make pictures and work your computer. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and covers what you may not use it for. It applies to everything you do with Warden, including what you ask On my screen to do on other websites and programs.
Don't use Warden to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Harm children. Never create, request or share sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anything that grooms, exploits or endangers a child. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Harass, threaten, bully or defame anyone, or encourage violence or hatred against people because of who they are.
- Make sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent, or make realistic fake pictures, voices or videos of real people to deceive others ("deepfakes").
- Deceive people: scams, fraud, phishing, fake reviews, impersonating someone, or passing AI-made content off as human-made where that matters, such as in schoolwork or exams you're not allowed to use AI for, or in news.
- Invade privacy: collect or share people's personal information without a lawful reason, track or surveil them, or work out sensitive things about them.
- Attack computers or accounts: write or spread malware, break into systems or accounts you don't have permission for, get around security, or overload services.
- Abuse other services with On my screen: run bots where a site forbids them, create fake or bulk accounts, send spam or bulk messages, scrape where it isn't allowed, or get around paywalls, captchas or other people's limits.
- Seriously endanger people: get or share instructions for weapons that can cause mass casualties (biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological), or for serious violence, or encourage self-harm.
- Infringe others' rights: copy or share content you don't have the rights to, or strip copyright notices or AI-content labels.
- Get around Warden's limits: plan and usage limits, licence checks or safety features, or resell or share access to your plan.
Using the picture engine
Some of Warden's picture-making models are licensed to us under the CreativeML OpenRAIL++-M licence, which requires everyone who uses them to follow these rules. When you make or edit pictures with Warden, you may not use them:
- in any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
- to exploit, harm or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way;
- to generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
- to generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
- to defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
- for fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;
- for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behaviour or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
- to exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to materially distort the behaviour of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm;
- for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
- to provide medical advice and medical results interpretation;
- to generate or disseminate information for the purpose of being used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud or crime (for example, by text profiling or drawing causal relationships between assertions made in documents, indiscriminate and arbitrarily-targeted use).
If something's wrong
Report misuse to aiwarden534@gmail.com. If you break this policy, we may warn you, limit features, or suspend or end your account, as described in the Terms. Where the law requires, we'll report illegal content to the authorities.
